Manx ice cream was first produced
on the Isle of Man in 1878 and has
always maintained its popularity with residents, tourists and particularly TT fans alike. In days gone by you would always hear the tourists say that the island's homemade ice cream was "fit for the gods" and far better quality than the ice cream they could buy elsewhere.
